Supersuite respects the value of ideas, innovation, and sensitive information. Our policies and professional standards are designed to ensure that all shared information and intellectual property (IP) are treated as confidential and protected at all times.
Engaging Supersuite to discuss your idea does not compromise your ownership or any future IP applications. You are free to share concepts, designs, and commercial information under the protection of this policy.
Supersuite also respects the privacy of personal information and complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact us at any time, request our standard NDA, or provide your own confidentiality agreement.
Confidentiality Policy (Project Information)
During discussions or delivery of our product design and development services, Supersuite and its clients may exchange confidential technical, commercial, or project-related information (“Project Information”).
Where appropriate, we recommend entering into a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). If no NDA is in place, Supersuite will still treat all Project Information as confidential.
Supersuite will not disclose Project Information except where:
- Required to deliver the agreed services
- Authorised by the disclosing party
- Required by law or regulatory authority
- Necessary to obtain professional advice (legal, financial, insurance, or technical)
- The information is already public or lawfully known to Supersuite
On written request, Supersuite will securely return or destroy Project Information within five (5) business days.
All intellectual property remains the property of its original creator unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These confidentiality obligations apply for five (5) years from the date of disclosure.
